RecommendedMy daughter was going to borrow my car for a short trip out of state. The morning she was to leave, I noticed the tire was low but I had an appointment I couldn’t miss. I called Harold’s and Dave answered the phone. I told him my problem and he immediately told me to send her in and that they would take care of her. But that’s always Dave! He makes sure the customer is taken care of.

If I could leave half a star I would! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT, do business with this dealership! I purchased a truck from them on December 5, 2018 paid for in full plus shipping. I was promised to have the truck the week of December 5, 2018. I have yet to receive the truck, and it is currently December 21, 2018. I have been giving multiple pick up days since purchasing the vehicle and yet when the time comes to pick it up, I’ve been given some reason why it hasn’t been picked up. I absolutely love Harold’s Chevrolet. I went to another dealership before them and let’s just say I will NEVER go back there. Amazing customer service, they answer all of your questions and concerns, they work with you on everything! I would 100% recommend going to Harold’s Chevrolet!
