Having only been renting via Harmony Lets since February I couldn't rate them high enough, after a emergency problem at the property, this was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Maintenance via Liam and Dave was great, customer service second to none.
I can’t recommend Harmony Lets enough! James was absolutely amazing from start to finish—always available to answer any questions and genuinely took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. The level of support we received was above and beyond what we expected. I wouldn’t go anywhere else after this experience, and I’ll definitely be recommending Harmony Lets to all my family and friends. Huge thanks to James for making the whole process so easy!
Housing aid moved me here with my baby and we have been put in a room where most of the appliances don't work, frige frezer smells like its spent the last decade outside and dosnt work, I opend it and small flys flew out into my room, and the stove dosnt work, the only things that seem to be okay are the taps and the new light, also painting over mold. (refurbished apparently) you can't make this up.
The pictures are very different to the property. Awful smelling and in dirty condition. Do NOT rent without viewing the property in person.
Highly recommend Harmony Lets. They deliver a high quality service and always go above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend them any more!
