We had shutter blinds installed back in 2021 and I thought at the time I left a complimentary review but upon wanting to update it I couldn’t locate it! We were and still remain impressed with the product however one of the blinds over night began to creep open, a look online suggested it was a simple tensioner adjustment. I attempted in situ and eventually removed the blind to gain access over an hour later no success. They fitted a lovely blind for my mother in Tilehurst. Their after sales service is excellent. A quick repair was no trouble for them when my mum accidentally left the window open on a very windy day. Thanks for your help.
