Great service from start to finish from the guy in the showroom to the 2 that came to fit my fabulous clip in blackout / thermal blinds in my extension . Also my husband is so pleased with our complete blackout slide across blind in the bedroom ,as he works nights , it’s been a game changer for his quality of sleep . Right from our first telephone enquiry, through the three visits to our home ( to assess, to measure up in detail, and to install ), we had very good communication with Harmony Blinds. The range of fabrics and patterns available was vast. The fitters cheerfully worked in the drizzle to install our retractable awning, showed us how the controls worked. Cleaned up and removed all packaging as well. Very pleased with the work

We ordered from this company in 2021, and had a few issues, which were rectified. The fitter was a nice chap, and the salesman did resolve the issues that we raised at that time. This review revolves around the quality of assurance checks in measurements/fitting - i didn’t raise this concern at the time, as I had many other renovations on-going within the house, which took precedence - the blinds opened and closed, and I left it at that.
