Nobody listens to the berth holders. Even after asking us berth holders what we thought, Harleyford have done nothing to act on the feedback received. For example… Only every other light on the pontoons work as they cut corners when installing them and tried to save money in place of safety. The electricity system was replaced with a half-hearted one where you cannot check you balance of top-up without going to the marina office and talking to one of the half-wits that occasionally work there.
