Appointment booked for 13:30. Told to come 15 minutes before for ‘diagnostics tests.’ Arrived at 13:15 and waited till 13:50 before walking out. One person checked on me and said ‘they were with other patients’. Other than that they just left me in there. Had to email them for my deposit refund, they didn’t do it themselves. Does not seem very professional and made a very bad first impression.
Service of harely vision is impressive in comparison to another eye hospital
Dr mukhtar is in my opinion one of the best eye surgeons in the world! I am soo lucky to have met him to help with my myopia, his understanding of laser eye surgery and lasik surgery procedures are on another level. I visited many different clinics including optical express and AI vision clinic was the only one I felt I could fully trust my eyes with.
