Don't get all the negatives reviews. Have been a patient here for a few years and it's been amazing!
This place should be closed down if reception can not book you an appointment then why have a receptionist it is the worse doctors they must be up to no good
The staff are always polite and happy to help. I mainly use the NHS app to request appointments and i always get a response from a human in a reasonable time frame. The surgery struggles with a lot of the same issues all gps struggle with due to the chronic underfunding of the NHS, but I think they do well with what they have.
It is very difficult to receive consistent care when the gp's constantly change. Referrals seem to get lost somewhere even when the gp is writing the letter infront of you. I can't book a nurse appointment as they only release 2 week calenders and the general follow up feels non existant. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT HOWEVER IS THAT THEY ALLOW PARENTS TO WAIT IN THE WAITING AREA FOR THEIR KIDS TO LEAVE CENTRAL FOUNDATION GIRLS SCHOOL-TAKING UP SEATING WHILST HAVING A MOTHERS MEETING.
I had a midwife appointment with the community midwife at Harley grove. It wasn’t the usual midwife who I’ve been meeting throughout my pregnancy and I didn’t catch her name because she had an attitude and was being rude from before I even walked into the room. (I assume she was from a Malaysian background). Anyways my appointment was booked for 1:50pm, as were my other midwife appointments, however from my previous experiences I know the GP is closed between 1-2pm for lunch.
