RecommendedI went in asking for a moped and ended up with a Harley that’s how good they are
I was on vacation from Mi had a issue with my bike, misfire, not running good at all. brought the bike to You and Mike F. took a look, turned out to be the map throttle sensor. hour and half later I'm on the road. thanks to Mike and the service department.
We where on a weekend road trip traveling from Massachusetts through NH and into Maine and stopped in for a brake, the staff was friendly and helpful

The clutch on my street glide let go while I was on vacation. I called John in service and their driver was dispatched immediately. My bike was ready the following day. I asked them to hold it till I got home since I didn’t want them to make another long trip to Attitash to deliver it. Got home Saturday, told them I was home. Bike was loaded on a truck for delivery. Great customer service especially the service department. The people there go way out of there way to help you get back on the road. Transferring my extended warranties on both bikes to them. Highly recommend. Thanks Guys

I can’t say enough good things about Rochester Harley! My husband and I have purchased 5 bikes here and we love everyone we have dealt with from sales and finance to parts , service and motor clothes!

To the service dept. I can not thank you all enough for the service that was just finished on my bike! Thank you from the service mgr. On down to the techs and service writers! I should add that in a time of much inconvenience to me they went ABOVE AND BEYOND, to make sure I was helped and got my bike back home!
