Went to Rochester Harley this past weekend and had an amazing experience, Ethan and Sherry were able to get my husband the bike he always wanted. Thank you again
Went in for the Easter Egg hunt. Bought myself a new jacket Casey and the other lady at the register were great. Sorry I forgot the other girls name. I also spoke with Brandon about a bike and will be coming back after I get my license .

Lenny was an amazing salesman. Extremely knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. The parts department and clothing department were also very knowledgeable and helpful. Had some Slip ons and a couple accessories added, the service department was top notch. Even held my bike for a couple weeks due to the multiple nor’easters we had recently. A+
Went here not even looking to buy a bike yesterday, had a price range in mind but just looking and I saw the bike I wanted in the price range and they did everything they could to make sure I got that bike . Great people , good service and killer bikes. �

I Have been dealing with Rocheater Harley for 4-5 years now. All the sales associates in each departmemt have been a pleasure to deal with. I just recently bought a 2018 softtail slim and they made the process as easy as pie. I highly recommend them.
I bought my bike here about 8 years ago. At the time the sales process went fast and smoothly, without any problems. I was told when buying the bike that I would be able to leave it there until spring. Well when spring came around I went to pick it up, and it was dead as a door nail, after being told they leave them on battery tenders, after about 3 hrs I had my new bike. Shortly after the clutch went, so I had them service it, and the did a horrible job. A month later I had another shop in the area fix it right. But like Se... read more
