Great service department broke down wed afternoon rolled in at 5 pm and bike was done late Thursday for Friday pick up. 5 stars plus
Just bought a 2014 street glide special. Had a metic bike as Matt would say. The service and experience was awesome. The service and people where great easy to deal with. They even came to house to pick up trades. Thank you all for your help.

These guys have some of the smartest Harley Techs there are available, treated me like royalty even tho my bike was older. Got me back on the road and put a quick end to a tricky problem.

What draws me to Rochester even though I live 2 miles from Laconia Harley is the knowledge of the sale staff in how educated on the product they sell !
