on May 24th I bought a new Softail standard. I waited 6 weeks for my accessories, seat windshield, backrest ECT. I rode 1,200 miles and their was a major engine malfunction found at the time of service, that was 5 and a half weeks ago, the bike is still torn apart awaiting parts. called several times, get blown off with, call you later, no call. now it's the end of the season.

service!! Once again Chuck and his service team come through. Out for a sat drive and had some minor trouble with brake lights and directionals. Stop in.. Chuck pulls the bike right in, diags, finds the problem, and fixes so i can get home. MORE than reasonable rate, and he did it with a smile! lmao. THIS is why i drive over an hour to get my service done here. Thanks Chuck.
