I saw Matt for a few months to help with a knee injury I’d been struggling with for nearly a year. Matt somehow makes this physio and exercise thing fun?!! I came to see Matt off a recommendation and I’m so pleased I did. I had a few niggles that were making training and running painful and unenjoyable. I had a total of 3 sessions and within 6 weeks I am starting to introduce running. Alongside this I have a strength and stretching plan to compliment my running. I am feeling strong and so happy to be back doing what I love. Thank you so much Matt!! Highly recommended ⭐️
I’ve been seeing James for the last couple of weeks for a torn calf. I would highly recommend him and the services of Hardy Performance. The longer consults and the ability to use the gym facilities set them apart from other physios. James really knows what he is talking about and I will definitely be back for my next injury.
