The drs are great so are reception staff wouldn't use another drs surgery
After 20 years as patient they removed me from this practice when I was travelling through country for a year. There were issues in the past regarding appointments but overall great practice. I went to the practice to reregister and the receptionist on the desk was very rude and unprofessional, refused point blank to reregister me, not even as a temporary pacient. She basically showed me the door out. Appauling behaviour.
I have been a patient for 14yrs now and have no complaints about the way my husband and I have been treated in that time. I have been to all the practises and have been treated well. Thank you to all the, staff at all the practices.

Honestly do yourself a favour and move 20 mins up the road to Hadleigh - access to a proper new age GP surgery who can assist you out of hours. Female doctors at Hardluck house a disgrace, refuse to examine you or take a urine sample when you may have an infection which they let you walk around 9 days untreated, write one liner referral emails insisting you are just peri menopausal (that’s a great ‘avoidance to go anything’ tag for them for next 10 years) which gets you rejected for further hospital referral.
