If I could give them zero stars I would ! Me and my husband recently were renting through this agency and we truly regretted our decision They are full of lies and sugarcoat everything! Beginning with the property that wasn't what we saw was advertised online from the horrible neighbours we had to deal with and the neighbourhood! If you're a tenant I would recommend to avoid this letting agency and agree with the recent reviews that they have became just another greedy company. They don't want to give the deposit back easily, full of lies, trying to blame that property was not cleaned to a professional standard even thought the condition of the property was much better than before we moved in and every inch of flat was cleaned. They will take your money and they absolutely do not care what happen to you after that. Very one sided, as long as they get what they want. Even if your rent is fully paid on time they pester you with 3 monthly inspections, they refuse to do repais, although I am not sure that you can call it a repair if it was already broken when you moved in. Every time I contact them the only thing I hear that 'the landlord didn't give us permission', that's a good excuse.

Greedy greedy greedy, they are in for the money only, you can drop dead in there as far as they care, as others said they take your deposit just because they can. The director Karl is a piece of work be careful.
