I had a free night for my birthday and a free buffet I was very disappointed in that the food was cold and not what one would expect for spending $18 for a buffet. Probably the most expensive thing on the buffet were the desserts I gambled in the non-smoke area but smoke was so strong I didn't play long. I will say that the room was the best part of my night.

I went on my birthday n my wife tried getting anyone in there to sing happy birthday n they wouldn't n use to u remember going in on ur birthday they would give u some rewards play well that's no more unless ur a gold member it's a wonderful place to eat the buffet on Tuesdays me n my wife go about every other week n guess since I don't win alot or spend enough I'm not worth any rewards lol

Same here we was suppose to get a suite but it looked the room was a little bigger and they just added a sofa and counter along the wall. Bathrooms was the same as the reg rooms. Was not excited about the room. But did win some....

Tried to redeem points for free play only to find out I had to put cash in the machine. No harm.... I will redeem them next visit. ."WRONG"...the reward points expire 24 hours after you convert them. Hmmm.. I would think the players club staff would have made me aware of that.. she sure made me aware of the fact that I had to put more money in the machine to retrieve the free play.. no one made an attempt to solve the problem. no big deal no one ever wins on free play anyway. I sent Hardrock a private message but go no respo... read more

My friend and I always try and do something together a few times a year. We have gone to Hard Rock several of them. Always have a great time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great food, music and the rooms are spacious. Will continue to go back when we plan our next girls night out!

Had a great time. Non-smoking tables were not open during the day yesterday due to under staffing and call-ins. Of well, still a great experience overall. Will return on our next trip north of Texas.

This has been our Best casino experience EVER!!!!!!!
