Stayed valentines night our anniversary also in the all suites tower, staff was not very accommodating kinda short and hurried us through to upgrade. When getting in room that's when we realized they gave us one of the lower grade room! No jacuzzi tub not even a refrigerator! Just seems to be a way to make more money to upgrade!! Our friends stayed in a standard room in hard rock tower the hallway was musky smelling but they at least had refer!! Don't understand this pay more get less!!! Very dissatisfied.

I didnt get the package i thought i ordered on line, i checked in and she says its probably cuz the systems were not working properly so no valentines champagne and strawberries. Didnt get a sorry and didnt get what i was suppose to. Disappointed! We did decide to stay cuz if we didnt then we would get charge cuz not enough time to cancel since we were already here. So much for a great valentines day!
Always love staying at the hard rock. Had another excellent time like always. Rooms are always clean and nice, friendly staff. Tons of choices in games in smoking or non smoking areas and lots of different places to get a cold drink.

Had a blast, seen someone win at slots, seen a lady win a Camaro, didn't win myself but had a blast in a happening place, sports bar is cool to hangout at. I think I'll be going back in the near future, I've been to different casino's this is like all of them put together.

We stayed here visiting my sister..Valentines day week...our 1st anniversary week.. so nice..clean..friendly.. i cant wait to come back.. chocolate guitars..yum lol. Thank you staff for a wonderful experiance

So called Special Guest event Friday night and today. Friday night out of the Special Gift 45 mins after doors opened, today out of gift as well. Keeping in mind that these are reserved spots but yet still "ran out". At least we were fed Friday night. Today it's an 8 hr event with only day old cookies (told that be Hard Rock employees) as "snacks". The most dissatisfied I've ever been with this place. Passed at least 3 other casinos on the hour drive here to get here and be like this. Wow-not a way to treat "special guests".
