Server was inattentive and messed up our checks. Rarely checked on us and when she did, she forgot to bring what we asked for last time. Worst hard rock experience to date. Food was delicious though.
The service was not good. Took forever to get our drinks and only filled them 1 time and that was after we had already asked for the check. I don't know if they were understaffed or not. I'm a server as well so usually I'm understanding.
great food, great atmosphere. the legendary burger was made to perfection. loved it! thank you!
I ordered a cheeseburger and it wasn't done. I sent it back,for it to be returned with a burnt bun. I ordered ribs first, and was told they didn't have any. The waitress was nice,but the food took a while coming out & nobody was in there.
I will never go here again!!! It was my first time as well as my families.... It was my dad’s 80th birthday!! it was a 45 minute wait and the restaurant was not busy or full. Once up stairs for a party of 12 drinks where ordered and the server brought our drinks out in clear plastic solo cups!!!! Really!!!! His explanation for this was they were out of regular drinking cups!!! Smh!!!! Should have went across the street to B.B. Kings!!! Worst dining experience ever!!! Food was overcooked and not worth eating.

Horrible service!! Everyone around us continuously complaining and cancelling orders. Our orders came out cold and wrong! They never apologized or corrected it. The bartenders just continuously blamed the kitchen yet their service was horrible too! We definitely won’t be back. Very disappointing..
