Most definitely the worst service ever experienced in any Hard Rock we've been to.
Kelly the server was amazing! He had great advice for us out of towners and even helped us celebrate our bachelorette party!!!

We had a party of 7- our first time to ever eat at a Hard Rock...... we waited over 1 hour for a couple hamburgers, chicken tenders & an order of wings. The food was not very good at all. Wings were over cooked & dry & no flavor to the chicken tenders- very bland. We were very disappointed. Our server was very friendly although it seemed as if he avoided our table during the whole wait process. We got into the Courtyard Marriott a little later than expected. With that being said, our dinner choices were limited with our children with us (kids are rockers too). The manager and our server big Dan were MORE than grateful to accommodate our family of four! We had a great meal, some live music and wonderful experience at the Memphis HRC!!
This was the best experience we had our entire time in Memphis everyone was so friendly and the food and service was excellent! Tommy was AMAZING! I would come back just because the staff was great!!
We had such a wonderful experience at the Hard Rock in Memphis, Tennessee. We arrived around 4pm on a Thursday, so it was very empty. We were seated within seconds and had our drinks on the table a few minutes after sitting down. Our food arrived within 20 or so minutes and exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was very fun and family friendly. We will definitely be going back to try some other items off the menu!
I’ve always had a wonderful time performing as well as dining here. The wings are my favorite!! From the staff, to the manager, to even the sound engineer, I am always taken care of and encouraged to have a great time. I think very highly of the Hard Rock and am looking forward to my next gig with them!!
