I have been to 27 different Hard Rock Cafe locations in 5 different countries, and this was easily the worst. Upon arrival, the hostess looked at us, said nothing, and walked away. We asked at the bar for a seat and were told the hostess had to seat us. It took 11 minutes to get a seat. It took another 8 minutes to see the server. We ordered food and drinks immediately. Not a busy night and getting drinks was slow and food took forever to get. I got the salmon. The salmon was good but the mashed potatoes were bland, bland, bland. The brocolli was not fresh. Ordered second drinks and again it took forever, we had to remind the waitress.
