Good food and good atmosphere
The service was terribly slow. We went to eat here before attending Hamilton at the Orpheum. We had reservations, and we sat down right away. The restaurant wasn’t that crowded. We ordered drinks, and they took at least ten minutes to come out. Then, we ordered our food. Over an hour before it arrived. And one person’s food didn’t arrive until another 15 minutes after everyone else. The restaurant gave us that burger in the house, but it was still not a great experience. great food taste and nice place
Great staff! So happy they had a gluten free menu! Delicious food!
Most Hard Rock cafes are nice and although the staff could be more friendly , overall it was good... there were a few patrons who were staring and rude but I think it was a Trump thing 🙄just ignorant people but that’s not the restaurants fault
