Love this place, Such a fun environment! The food is always good and fresh and portions are plenty! The staff is amazing, always very kind and attentive. I've always had great experiences here and recommend going to anyone, kid friendly too!!

The staff are rude and inefficient. I have tried to like this place for years, for the sake of the Elvis Family members. But I just don't like being treated as if I am nothing. Furthermore, one of the judges of a Last Chance competition was so ignorant that he claimed Elvis never sang "Loving Arms." What a joke. I will not ever go into Hard Rock Cafe Memphis again. My plan when on Beale Street is to catch Nathan Belt and the Buckles at Blues City. Now THAT is what you call fun and being treated right!!!

Food portion to big 1/2 lb burgers and high prices!
This is a fantastic, historical restaurant and music venue! The food and service is always top shelf. The music is always above par for other live music on Beale. The manager, Hillary, and her crew are absolutely tops and can not be beaten!
