My first time at hard rock Cafe was great our waitress was so nice and amazing, the only thing that I thought wasn't so good was the people in the kitchen they didn't give us every thing we ordered its like they thought we weren't going to pay we paid a lot for a lunch in a place that decided we didn't need our food or all of our stuff,it was definitely overpriced but I can't complain about the waitress

We normally love Hard Rock Cafe’s but this one tainted by the very slow service received and the fact that we were ID’D, I am 54 and my husband is 51, there is no way in this earth we look anywhere near 21, I didn’t have any ID on me which created such a stir with the waiting staff, will not go to this HR again unfortunately although when we finally received our food it was to the normal HR high standard
