We brought a group of 46 band students and chaperones there yesterday. While it’s understandable that with this large a group that it would take a while to get our items, half of the group was finished with their food while the other half had never received their food. Then we had cold or burnt hamburgers. Also they were serving all these hamburgers and fries and then told us they had no ketchup in the whole building. It was TERRIBLE! We waited just under an hour for our food. It was over-cooked but cold. They seemed extremely under staffed.

Quite disappointed, with the food, our server apologized because our food was raw, there was a new cook. Two out of the three of us had raw food at our table. Apparently the entire dining room was sending back the steaks, and other food for being completely undercooked. I've been to other Hard Rock Cafe's and had wonderful food. We were only in town for one night and it really put a damper on the entire dining experience. We arrived around 5:30om yesterday. They were busy because of the event at the Orpheum; however, the nice man who was seating folks made our wait enjoyable. We were seated about 15 min after arrival and our waitress was a nice girl who was bartending. Wasn’t the fastest service, but they were kind and the some of the music videos playing were from the 70s so we were loving it. Our food was good. We will go back. :) Thanks Hardrock Memphis!

This is the second time we’ve had a less than mediocre experience at this Hard Rock. Made a reservation for 10, and after confirming with host he was working on our table (and waiting 20 minutes), he came back and said he had no record of reservation, and he didn’t know who we spoke with on phone.
