Kelvin was my property manager for four years. He was responsive and helped communicate our needs to the landlord. He handled tenancy matters professionally and provided support when issues arose.
I would give 10 stars to Kelvin if I could! Kelvin is detail-minded, highly responsive and constantly keeps me in the loop about the current situations and the development of the market. My apartment was leased out within a week! Couldn’t recommend Kelvin at Harcourts Balwyn enough!
