Has always been such a good surgery with friendly, helpful receptionists, fabulous GPs & always managed to speak to someone on the phone & get an appointment when needed until now - not sure what on earth has happened? Was down from 29 to 13th in the phone queue in 25 minutes, decided to go to the surgery, receptionist I saw was very unfriendly & uncooperative, finally managed to get a telephone appointment & treatment for my problem but standards have certainly gone down with customer service all round!
Not a very good surgery at all If you get ill you have wait 2/3 days for appointment, No real care or duty of care, called today to be told sorry can’t do nothing no solution and I am a asthma sufferer no doctors available not even a offering of support by time you get seen it’s 2 late
Harbury surgery is very nice. Helpful staff and very accesible
I had came in at 5pm for my appointment to have a procedure, I had been waiting 45 minutes so i then proceeded to go to them and ask why they was taking so long, the lady then said “oh sorry the nurse you are booked in with is not qualified to do those procedures” she didn’t bother to tell me as I had signed in. no one had came and told me until I went to the desk. They are very unorganised, and god knows how long I would have been waiting.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The doctors were very professional. The building is kept clean and tidy with ample parking for the size of the surgery
