Excellent service and product. Purchased thePaia 3 Seat Sofa Set in Linen in May. Was deliveredwithin 4 working days. I was kept fully informed of delivery time - Was informed of delivery day two days before date then a 3 hour slot the day before and on the day a phone call informing me that deliverywould be in the next half hour!! Amazing experience dealing with this company. The help and advice prior to purchase was second to none, the installation team worked hard to assemble and bolt down in our chosen location, and were both totally professional and friendly at the same time. Site was left clean and tidy following installation. Well worth the extra cost involved. The Pergola is great quality and certainly feels like it will be a very good long term investment. Would thoroughly recommend.
We recently purchased a pergola from Harbour Lifestyle. The whole experience from order to installation was excellent. Customer service was very helpful, answering my questions prior to purchase. The pull down sides are a welcome feature in our south facing garden. It also came with a free heater for the cooler evenings. We’ve already had many compliments from neighbours and tradespeople alike. We will enjoy it for many years to come!
So far I have had extremely poor service from Harbour. It has been over two months since my order and payment and as of yet despite many calls and emails I have not had a delivery date confirmed and getting more and more frustrated!! 😡😡😡
