Company is rubbish steer clear. Cant even deliver a pallet on time waste of space and time. The staff just dont care and want you off the phone as quick as pos. Everyone steer clear of the company
The managers of Harbour Freight would make great politicians. They lie and twist things and walk all over normal people. Their delivery driver damaged our drive when his pump truck got stuck. It made a gouge in the resin drive and churned up the tarmac. It was all caught on ring door bell. After sending the footage to Harbour Freight and waiting 3 weeks for a reply after chasing them repeatedly they came back with the reply they believed it was "weather" related. absolutely Rubbish service, they don't have fork lift and Driver left my warehouse and to me will back tomorrow with fork lift , now they telling me we book it for 2 days later again without forklift
