Kate has a wonderful calm manner and disposition combined with a deep wisdom of the human soul. She is able to take you into a space that one rarely experiences. Thank you Kate
Has to be tried, I was of the “this is all mumbo Jumbo” school of sceptics but now having tried the stress less therapy session, on advice from friends, I will never doubt this type of therapy again and fully intend to use more of Harbours products, indeed I have already downloaded more. I would wholeheartedly recommend Harbour Hypnotherapy to anyone and everyone.
Kate blows my mind at how skilled and knowledgeable she is. She reminds me of a chapter in a book that speaks about vibration, and the vibration between two violins on a table. If you play a note with just one of the violins, the other slowly and gently responds to that vibration.. a sympathetic resonance.. The strings or notes have the same natural frequency and absorb (and listen to) the energy emitted from the other..
Kate was absolutely fantastic, I was having problems falling asleep and she's helped me a lot. She's extremely kind and full of smiles and she has put me at ease even if it was my first hypnotherapy session.
Kate is a wonderful therapist, she is insightful, skilled and makes you feel totally at ease. Would highly recommend
