I booked finally for my hasband today they suppose to call which never did ,service is poor you can not even talk to receptionist not happy

I was seen by Dr Meade who quickly made me feel very uncomfortable being there. The tone in which he spoke and his deadpan expression made me feel that I wasn’t wanted there. He then asked me to suggest what I expect him to do as I explained my symptoms, the reason I visited was for advise on this, not to be told by the doctor what do I want to happen? Very bad Bad dealing at reception Keeping you for long times Cancel my appointment for bloods without telling me and I have to book again
I called in the morning to see if I could get an appointment and was told to call back at 2pm. I instead rang NHS 111 to see if my symptoms were worth being checked and they said I should get seen to within 24 hours and sent an electronic referral to Harborne medical. Rang back the doctors at 2pm and was on hold for 45 minutes to be told there is no availability today. Ring back tomorrow at 8am.
