Came out to do a survey on drains given suspicion of cracking that might be contributing to a damp issue - the job was done efficiently and feedback was prompt: the drains are not your issue! Really impressed with the no BS approach, thanks a lot.

Happy Drains were amazing. Really polite and professional on the phone and booked my an appointment for the same day. Tommy arrived after giving me a call 30 mins before arrival to check I was home. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, went out of his way to get to the bottom of the problem. Even spoke to Thames water for me to explain everything. Clean and tidy service and highly recommend them. Also price was really reasonable.
Tommy and Gordon got us out of a real bind when a drain blocked over the weekend. Not a simple job at all, but they came up with a way to get it done and were courteous and good-humoured throughout! Tuned up within an hour and left the place nice and tidy after they went. Thanks chaps!
