Excellent team at Happy Tails. They always show care and compassion and are there for the care of the animals and the owners.I cannot recommend Happy Tails and their amazing team highly enough. We have several pets who have been for both emergency and routine appointments and we have always been treated with the utmost respect. The love for the animals in their care shines through every Happy Tails staff member.
Greta vets who take time to listen and respect you and your dogs wishes. My dog is reactive and when I requested a female vet , that’s what I got and I now see the same female vet each visit which helps massively with my dog’s nerves as she remembers her. The reception team are so reassuring and kind also. Always spotless clean and never waiting long to be seen!
