Terrible rental company. Cleaned our apartment spotless did a walk through was told other than replacing some blinds we would get our entire security deposit back Wich was complet bull only got about 100 bucks out of 900 and a list of things they replaced that wasn't even broken a bunch of crooks is all they are
The apartments are relatively safe. Units are new, but cheaply built. Property management does not clean buildings very well. We had an issue with our water bill. We got the run around for awhile, but the property manager did apologize and took responsibility for the error. All in all, our experience with Happy Homes was not the worse, but management overall needs improvement. We did receive our entire security deposit back.
They are rude and lie. Will tell you anything to squeeze every last penny out of you they can. Then when it's time for money to come back your way they have all kinds of excuses on why you don't get any of your rent back. Don't believe what anyone in the office says about paying back rent when you move out.
I cannot express how wonderful these people are! My dad was the tenant, but I am his secretary, and enjoyed his time there. Unfortunately, he was forced to move to an assisted living facility due to ill health. To get him moved out, the apartment cleaned and have the walk through was easy peasy. No hassles whatsoever! They were very fair about the return of his deposit, only asking for $40 to cover damage done to some of the baseboards.
