When the pipes recently froze, Maintence showed up first thing in the morning and got it fixed. I was very satisfied being that I was on my way home from the hospital with my newborn baby. I have had no problems other than neighbors who think the rules do not apply to them. The leash rule is in place for a reason and it is also billings city law, not just a happy homes rule. Lousy, once my rental switched from rainbow property to happy homes, my water bill doubled, snow removal stopped and then when I moved out, a happy homes employee signed off on my home inspection(which I was present for and recommend everyone do the same) said it was perfect and I didn't owe anything and I would get my full deposit within 4 weeks.... 6 weeks later and here comes my deposit with a deduction that I wasn't expecting. Ive had nothing but good experiences at happy homes, the staff was great and maintenance, was always there when needed.
Slow to do repairs. Took a minimum of three days to return a phone call. I let them know of a broken blind when I moved in, they never replaced it and claim I never informed them; then charged me when I moved out. If you do need repairs do it through the website instead of calling so there is proof. I put in a notice for repairs on 8/2 when I moved out 9/8 I had never received a phone calls about repairs and they were never completed. Trash. Apartment was decent, people aren't. Also told me I'd get deposit back then didn't come through.
Just moved in !! Pd and all the girls are lovely !! Very helpful !! The apartment was clean and lovely when we moved in !! Overall very happy experience!! !!
