My mom lived in the Happy Homes for 7 months...had several problems that her manager was very rude about when called to get fixed and now they are trying to keep her deposit after the gal said everything was good when she moved out and signed the paper. Such crap. Terrible heater and they dont keep up the grounds. They lied to her about what all was included in the rent! Nothing was and she had to pay for everything. Poorly built!!!!

nope, I'd give them a negitve 5 stars, poorly built, walls thin, drug use, halls dirty, dog feces every where. no peep holes on door that open inward, I'd carry personal protection if your a single woman. Paid back ground check, non refunded. won't get your deposit back, you'd get Ebola first before getting deposit back. weirdos chasing women around, telling the if you hear weird noises coming from their apartment not to worry for I'm a Dom. told Shaun about these problems, his response I see nothing wrong with that, workers... read more

They are horrible apartments. They are unsafe. Any apartment building that requires you to call maintenance prior to 911, is utterly rediculas. also when making a complaint about a perverted stalking neighbor management does nothing. management is more worried about a vehicle sitting in one spot for more then 7 days, then they are about the meth smoking and beer cans laying in the hallways for over 2 weeks. people with pets, they allow their dogs to poop and pee any and everywhere, including the sidewalks and nothing is done... read more

Poorly built and over priced. Thinnest walls ever. I could hear whole conversations between my downstairs neighbors. This place is a rip off.

You better off spending your money at the inter urban apartments across the street. Better built, soundproofing in the walls gas heat and central air. A lot kind staff. These apartments are to sketchy and this is coming from and outside source.

Worst place I have ever stayed in. Said electricity ran about $100 in the winter and was paying about $250 for most of the winter months and that was running the heat on low. Ended up finding that there was a space between the bathroom floor and garage so that’s where all the heat was going. There was also a cracked furnace that was leaking air out of it to that they didn’t fix until halfway through the winter.
