I do not normally leave such reviews but I feel compelled to comment given my experience today (6/March). Having made a booking online, on the 23rd of February, I received a call 20 minutes before my booked appointment (the audio quality was very poor and I couldn't hear the person very well but I caught that my appointment was cancelled). I can't be happier with the treatment that Elzbieta provided for my elderly mother. She was the only practitioner in Cambridge who could provide this treatment. The only downside is the accessibility of the treatment room for people with limited mobility; however, the team was very understanding and supportive, and allowed us to enter from the back door. It made all the difference

Elzbieta is just outstanding ! I could write a thousand words about what a fantastic practitioner she is but I think that what will give you a true idea of what you’ll get is that Elzbieta LOVES her job. And she knows it inside out. You will not get a ‘treatment’ you will get someone who is determined to fix you, literally from the head to the feet.
