great location. great staff. The property was very clean and put together. The location is convenient and perfect for wanting to get some shopping in or having wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the staff was kind, helpful, and professional. Location! Location! Location This amazing community is in the heart of Rice Village. I lived there for a year and loved the very attentive professional staff. Being able to walk to everything I needed was super convenient. If I didn't have to relocate, I would still be living there today.
Awesome Staff I have been here for several years now and I love it! The team is so helpful and friendly. They honestly feel like family and make me feel like I'm home and not just another face in the crowd.
Amazing Place I LOVE living here! The location is great, but the amenities really make this place the best. I've been by the pool almost every day and it is always so peaceful and relaxing. I also love to take a blanket to the other courtyard by the restaurants and put a blanket down to read. It's hard to find places outdoors where you can relax in peace.
Great Location! I toured last week and was really blow away by how nice the property looked. Relocating from up north this fall so having so many places within walking distance is big for me. I am excited to move in when something smaller opens up in the building.
