Location is incredible! I am a native Houstonian, and have always loved going to the Rice Village. There’s lots of places to eat and shop! Hanover Rice Village has a perfect location that makes walking to everything super easy! Erin showed me around the building, and I couldn’t have asked for a better tour!
Sonia is AWESOME!! I visited your complex for a tour and I loved it! The property is beautiful and Sonia was awesome! She was so kind & answered all of my questions.
Right across the street from everything Fitness is important to me, and having the building be right across the street from 24 Hour fitness, plus being close to a bunch of places to eat, is a huge plus.
Wow! I love it here! The location is to die for. Anytime I need somewhere to go and study, or just somewhere to go and grab a bite to eat, everything is within walking distance!
Amazing Service. I had the most amazing tour given to my wife and I by Sonia!!! So professional so amazing at what she does and how she handles herself in a professional manner. She definitely will be a huge influence on our decision to move.
Office Staff is so helpful! I have lived any some other locations that never seemed to ever really want to help, but the office staff here is so incredibly helpful, I am so pleased to call this place home.
