Amazing location! There really is everything that you need right around the building. I just moved in and Ryan made it an easy and seamless process. I love it here!

5 Out of 5 Stars They have had an event for the residents at least once a month since I've moved in and they are always so much fun. As someone who moved here from out-of-state, it's been cool to be able to meet people who live in the building.
The Gem of Rice Village Sonia was so helpful! The most joyous tour I’ve ever been on. She was recovering from an injury and still showed me and my daughter everything all while making sure all our needs were met on this search. The details on this property were top tier. The Pool and walkable restaurants were a must see

Hanover Rice village Attended an excellent tour with Sonia. She showed us all the different floor plans that would be tailored to our needs. The apartments are beautiful with a gorgeous swimming pool and courtyard. Loved the experience!
