Best Staff/ Layouts These layouts are everything! On top of the amazing staff my apartment is huge and feels like a small house. There has been a change in the team recently but the changes they have made are outstanding! Were doing events now, the property is so clean, and the team has really helped out with packages. I love living here and look forward to my renewal!

A GEM! ?? Amazing property - totally worth every cent This property hits everything on our list. From the tour with Heavanor to a smooth move in, this is the best apartment home we’ve ever rented. Especially in a city like Houston. It’s all about the luxury details here. Don’t listen to me, go visit and tour the property yourself (make sure you ask for Heavanor — you’ll be glad you did) she gave us VIP treatment from start to move in. You won’t find a gem like this one.

I can’t say enough good things about the amenities, staff, and how literally everything is minutes away. I will continue to call Hanover Rice Village home as long as I’m in Houston!
