The Staff is absolutely amazing! The whole management team and leasing agents are amazing! They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are taken care of! Rachel, Ryan and Patrick are the best around! I would recommend living here!
Great Property The location and staff make this place a show stopper, you can walk to everything you could need, the office staff is so friendly and really make me feel like family. Hanover Rice Village - Best place to call home! I have lived at Hanover Rice Village for 4 months now and I couldn’t be happier with my new home! Relocating from out of town is always nerve racking, but the Hanover team made the move as stress free as a move can be. Great Experience! I just moved in a few weeks ago, but I already love it! My move was so easy, the staff is very professional and its obvious they have been doing this for a long time. Wyatt and Rachel helped me so much. Every single detail was thought about from proactively asking about scheduling my movers to the staff giving follow up calls after I moved in to make sure everything was going great. I plan to live here for a very long time.

Take a tour! I've been very happy at the Hanover apartments. The location is perfect - minutes to the medical center and downtown in the beautiful Rice Village. Great restaurants and shopping are at my doorstep - so is my back, CVS, dry cleaners, and 24 hour fitness. I have covered parking on the floor I live on. The staff are gracious and helpful. Used to be a great place, I do not recommend They had a complete turnover of the leasing office staff. The new folks are rude and obnoxious. The apartment building is not well maintained. Elevators are always out of order, hallways smell bad, hallway rugs are stained, fob sensors are constantly in disrepair. Noise from renters above is loud. There are smokers in the building but no one cares. Packages are mislaid. Overall, not well managed anymore. Used to be so great.

This Place sucks. Please Run away. Save your money Worst management ever. Despite having a great location and good looking apartments, the quality is below poor No isolation. Everything happening outside of apartment is heard loud and clear in your apartment Definitely not worth the monthly rent.

Great Area, Horrible Quality This building looks nice on the outside/lobby, but there is a very apparent difference in material quality inside the apartments (especially in the kitchen). The walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin and you can hear even the slightest movement/noise, including toilet flushes. The AC circulation is poor and never seems to equal the set temperature.
