Great Place to Live I have lived at for the past 4 years. It is a very nice property with very professional management. The apartments are spacious, clean, and have a lot of room inside. The appliances are very nice as well. The grounds are kept up, the parking is spacious, and I feel safe living here. The manager, Danielle and her staff do a very good job running the property. Work orders are done in a very timely process. I am glad to call Madison on the Meadow my home.

Erin is Awesome! I came in to see the property and I was super impressed! But I was even more impressed with Erin, one of their employees! She was awesome and made the experience 10x better, she took me around the building and was extremely helpful and had an answer to every question! Overall great property and great staff :)

This is a beautiful property! Hanover Rice Village is a beautiful property with a gorgeous pool deck. The staff is kind and very helpful and always answer any questions you have. I would definitely recommend leasing here if you're moving to Houston!
Wonderful staff Moving experience in general can be stressful. The staff at Hanover Rice Village have been accommodating and helping me move here. They understand what you are looking for and meet your needs best as possible. The apartment is in a safe location and convenient to walk to nearby places. Best decision so far:)

Great Apartment! This apartment is in a great location. It has been so much fun to live here! All the staff is very helpful and kind, but especially Erin. Erin was so kind and patient when I had loads of questions before moving in.
