Great management, building/unit, and location! I recently moved into the Hanover Rice Village and it has been a very positive experience. Erin has helped make the transition very easy and has been incredibly responsive to all my questions and needs. Besides the management being great, the building is great and you can’t beat the location!

Staff is outstanding! You can't beat the location of Hanover Rice Village. There's so much shopping and food in the area. Erin was AMAZING during my tour - she went above and beyond, and made my tour experience top notch. I've toured a lot of properties, and the staff can really set a property apart from others.

Quiet and Beautiful Location I love how quiet my neighborhood is here. Rice village is the perfect location if you’re looking for convenience. This property even has restaurants connected to it. I don’t even have to leave my building for coffee, lunch or dinner. I’m able to walk my dog throughout West University neighborhood, which is absolutely gorgeous and shaded.
