Great apartment complex, location, & staff There’s a lot I like about these apts. There’s restaurants attached that are actually pretty good and the location’s hard to beat. It’s a great location in Houston, genuinely walkable in the inner loop. And the property itself is well maintained and ran by a responsive, attentive staff. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for a good place to move to in Houston.

love this place! Today was such a great example of the great facilities, staff and community here at Rice Village Hanover. I accidentally dropped my keys in a space in front of the elevator door, all the way down, and everyone was so kind and helpful. A few of the residents made helpful suggestions, the front office staff was super ready and on standby to make new key copies, and Juan from the maintenance team was the ultimate hero, as he was able to create an innovative tool with a magnet to recover them. Easily my favorite Hanover Everything is right within walking distance from here, very centralized. The staff here are very friendly and always willing to answer any kinds of questions we have. On top of that, the appearance of the place is always very well kept up

Customer service at its best Dylan really rolled out the welcome mat. We were unable to tour over the holiday weekend. He guided us to the virtual tour options available and set an appointment for this week. I’ve had several questions about the area since our first talk. He is super responsive and accommodating to out families needs. I really look forward to this tour. This was a much more personable approach than what i got at the other properties I toured

Great property! Wonderful property and location. If you are moving to Houston, you will not find a better place to live. The front office is great and so nice. I want to shout out my tour guide, Erin, who is the Leasing Manager there. She was incredible!
