Outstanding place to live and amazing management team I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. These apartments are a great place to live. Not only are these apartments. Incredible Property! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hanover Apartments in Houston, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The first thing I noticed upon arrival was how well-maintained and clean the property was. The landscaping was beautiful, and the common areas were immaculate. Lease while you can! Rice Village is such an amazing area and no better place to live at than Hanover RC. Trey is a gem and each time I come by to say hi always makes me feel welcomed. Essential to love the staff of where you live!
Lived Here Three Years I have lived at the Hanover Rice Village for three years now. The property is well-maintained, mature, and quiet. I've seen leasing agents/managers come and go, but all of them were polite and professional. Whenever I've had to request maintenance, the response was prompt and my problem was taken care of. The power has also gone out less times than I can count on one hand, one of those being the winter storm in Feb 2021.
