Stunning and immacualte! Shopping around for an apartment has been stressful as is any move to a new city but the staff at Hanover Rice Village made my search so easy! I was in awe of how beautiful the place was. I typically don't get called back after inquiring but the manager himself helped me! That is rare given my past experiences!! Great Customer Service I can't recall the last time I received such great service and I would've never expected it to come while looking for a new apartment. I was greeted like I was seeing a family member after a long time away. Trey met me at the door with a smile and made me feel at home instantly. Love this place! I’ve never lived in such a well maintained apartment, and the staff in the front office are amazing. Shoutout to Courtnee for always being so sweet and accommodating!
Luxury and location! I’ve lived here since March and I cannot recommend this place enough! The property is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the staff in the front office are so nice and accommodating. Courtnee does a great job at planning and setting up the resident events as well!!
Location and staff are unbeatable! Location is so important, especially in Houston, and this property is in the best part of Houston! There’s so many shops to visit and restaurants to eat at. My tour guide, Courtnee, even told me that Hanover Rice Village offers discounts with different retail spots in the area!! I’m so excited to live here!
