Great Staff The excellent tour guide showed me several rooms and amenities and I fell in love with the place. I also loved the view from the living room!!
Recommended The amenities are so nice and there’s a ton of space to work from home or just relax. The apartments are beautifully finished and the location is top notch! Taylor, Julia and Mason in the leasing office are awesome too!
Great place to call home This place is amazing, the staff is so friendly and genuine. They have been so helpful with anything we need! If you are looking for a new home, this is where to be!!

Great management I stayed here through a short term rental company here and the stay was so great, I literally told my daughter to come live here now that she’s moving to Houston. We got the rental through a third-party company, but the staff was hands down the best I’ve experienced. We technically weren’t residents there and the people in the office still treated us with such kindness and hospitality. Amazing Location and outstanding Team This building is lacated in the heart of Rice Village. The Management Team is outstanding and they are always willing to serve with passion and sense of urgency. The apartments are in very good condition !
