We love living here! Both the property managers Elena and Greg are always so lovely and helpful. They go out of their way to be as accommodating as they can be and quick to respond. We are very grateful to them. The maintenance guy has very high standards and is quick to repair! The flats are modern, stylish and the surrounding areas are always clean. 5 stars all round, thanks team!
Best value in London for sure
They didn't reply to my whatsapp message when I responded to their advertisement for a studio flat. I then called them. They advised that they don't accept Dss/universal credit tenants. They explained that the software that is used for credit checks will flag up an automatic fail when those details are input. It is actually illegal to refuse Dss/universal credit tenants. I am currently seeking advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau with a view to reporting the company for discrimination.
