Our experience with Hannah Blinds has been 5 star! We had our whole bungalow fitted out with Venetian blinds mainly but also a vertical blind on the patio door and a roller blind in the bathroom. The measuring service was on time and accurate, the prices for our blinds was excellent (I do not believe we could have got a better price anywhere else) fitting was just over 2 weeks after the order was placed and the fitter was great. Stay away from this Company, ive got over priced cheap material roller blinds, blinds are wonky, blinds that are not wide enough, edges that are glued and not stitched, I had to buy edging to hide the rubbish finishing, don't waste your money.....
Enquired about cassette black out blinds. Not only were they less expensive than a competitor they measured and fitted. From start to finish the service was amazing, all the staff professional and the fitters did a lovely clean job. Blinds are superb and keep the bedrooms cooler as well as dark. Office staff lovely, a special thanks to Jackie who rearranged my fitting time at very short notice. Would highly recommend this company.
One star is generous. From the start, this company was a nightmare to deal with. The woman handling my order was rude and unhelpful, which set the tone for everything that followed. The fitter turned up, spent most of the time moaning about his ex, and then warned me the blinds might fall down if I didn’t pull them in a very specific way he demonstrated.
