My recent experience with Hannah Solicitors LLP was unfortunately disappointing. I experienced issues regarding transparency and communication related to unexpected charges. When asked for clarification, the firm's responses did not adequately address my concerns nor clearly demonstrate the contractual basis for their additional fees.
