Red flags all around. GDPR breach sending us private financial details of other clients and ignoring it when we flagged it. Despite knowing our property was freehold, they incorrectly assumed it was leasehold until a few days away from the exchange of contracts when we flagged it. They dont respond to emails, their website looks amateurish and barren, makes me question if theyre a legitimate business. Wont be going with them.
