I contacted Hannah as I was required to have an OT assessment for my Blue Badge re-application (which was successful) Hannah was very professional, friendly and understanding as I was getting quite stressed by this additional requirement which was not required on the first application. Hannah carried out a very though assessment and provided a very clear and concise report covering all of the aspects required.
